Apparantly, the written of this article has not been to Silverstone within the last 6 months. Management of the course and club has one thing in mind and customer service and member service is NOT two of them. Food preparation and presentation is the worst in my experience, valet is none existent, courtesy belongs to other venues, the practice facility, putting green, driving range and bunkers are horrible. Please revisit the facility and ask some other than the GM about the course. You will provide a valuable service to visitors and locals alike.
