The Wolf Course at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort
The Wolf Course at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort - the longest golf course in the state of Nevada - will leave even Pete Dye fans wondering what hit them. To fully enjoy a round of golf on the challenging Wolf Course, it's important to remember that, if you're not a scratch golfer, make use of the appropriate set of tees here (there are ample choices). Here Dye and his team were able to create a stunning layout that truly is desert golf of the highest order.
There are more than 100 bunkers strategically placed all over the golf course. And while the island green on the 15th hole makes for one of the most notorious tee shots in Las Vegas golf, sand is the major test on the Wolf. Water comes into play on just three holes - 12, the island green 15th and the 18th.
Of course, as with all three courses at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, the service and conditioning are all top-notch.
