Take on Rees Jones at challenging Rio Secco Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada
HENDERSON, Nev. -- Rio Secco Golf Club is located just outside of Las Vegas in the suburb of Henderson, just minutes from the Strip. The golf course plays as long as 7,400 yards and winds through steep desert hillsides and canyons, while playing on high ground overlooking Las Vegas at other points.
Rio Secco was designed by Rees Jones and boasts a slope of 142 from the championship tees and has been named one of America's top public courses by Golf Digest. The club is also home to the Butch Harmon Golf School. Harmon's most famous former student, Tiger Woods, played his share of rounds here and holds the course record, a nifty 64.
Rio Secco features a full practice facility and clubhouse, while also home to T-Mates, which offers beautiful young women as forecaddies to groups.
