Architects Jim Colbert and Jeff Brauer created the 7,272-yard Stallion Mountain golf course, giving it enough tee options to appeal to golfers of both high and low handicaps. Accuracy and length off the tees are mandatory, as is a keen touch with the putter on the Bermuda greens for those playing Stallion from the back tees. The middle tees, however, make this a very accessible Las Vegas golf course that's less then 10 miles from the Strip. The golf design team of Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley modified the course in 2004 and tiered fairways and greens that are protected by sand traps and water are prominent.
A private, gated facility that's operated by EAGL Golf, Stallion Mountain Country Club is available for group outings of upwards of 200 golfers. The club is an excellent site for banquets or meetings. Also, guests at Preferred Partner hotels have access to tee times.
Golfers can reserve tee times up to 90 days in advance and green fees begin as low as $55.
