DragonRidge Golf & Country Club
Henderson, Nevada | 18 holes | Desert | Par: 72 | 6975 yards
A Jay Morrish and David Druzisky design, Dragonridge takes you on a ride as varied as some fairytales. Druzisky likes to say that "the course plays like a storyline."
The front nine features a number of water holes, then the back nine takes into the desert where rugged rocks and dramatic dips and raises reign. It's not the best of both worlds. It's a combination of many.
The back nine brings plenty of risk-reward options into play. There are even two split fairways. A hacker's decision on when to go for it and when to play it safe will have a large impact on his or her score.
Dragonridge is a private course in a gated community, but it's open for play through various packages.
